DECLARATION OF POLICY IN THE FIELD OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT

 

The declaration of policy regarding quality presents the general principle on which the activity of SC VOINEA MONDOCONSTRUCT SRL is based upon in the area of constructions, as well as the objectives that we are targeting until the end of the year 2007. The Quality Management System comprises all the specific activities performed by the organisation in the above mention field, excepting the drawing of projects.

Our activity in structured upon the following principles:

  1. The permanent optimisation of the quality level of our services;
  2. Mentaining the confidence of our customers (confidentiality through respect and respect through confidentiality);
  3. The promptness in concluded bussineses and following the contracted terms;
  4. Loialty towards our bussines partners;
  5. The permanent training of our personell.

The quality goals that we propose ourselfs to meet are in accordance to the principles of the organisation and are established for relevant positions and relevant levels of the organisation. The highest level management identified the following goals for the year 2007:

  1. Creating and mantaining a quality management system as provided by SR EN ISO 9001:2001 standard;
  2. Decreasing the finalisation period of the contracts up to 20%;
  3. Increasing the bussines figure up to 30% in comparance to the last year;
  4. Developing the offer of products/services by the end of the trimester in the area of construction equipments lending;
  5. Earning a new market share in the field of equipments lending;
  6. Extending the market in the constructions area, especially in the mechanised demolitions field.

The management at the hgighest level of SC VOINEA MONDOCONSTRUCT SRL is directy involved in the assurance of the satisfaction of our customers demands, in the following of legal provisions and reglementations, as well as in the continue improvement of the Quality Management System.

In this purpose was named a Representative of Quality Management with responsibilities in the assurance of projecting, implementation and improvement of the System. This representative assures the relations with the customers, suppliers and other interested parties, in quality related issues.

The maximum responsibility regarding the quality of the products marketed by SC VOINEA MONDOCONSTRUCT SRL lies onto the organisation's executives. The management of the organisation commits itself to undergoing the necessary actions required by the continue improvement of the Quality Management System.
